We will PROUDLY protect our customers and ensure you enjoy our high quality tools and handsets. We promise to give you 30 Day money-back satisfaction guarantee if you change your mind.
If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one free of charge!
As a proud American owned company, most of our products are manufactured and shipped from the US, but sometimes when we launch new products they are shipped from Asia. We currently do not have adequate warehouse space in the U.S. to handle returns for items shipped from our Asia warehouse. Therefore we cannot accept returns from pre-order, back-order, OR other items shipped direct from Asia. However, you are always protected by the Superbrand Promise. If your item arrives damaged, defective we will ship you a new one, free of charge!
Returns ARE accepted on our items shipped from the US! Simply contact us via email with your name, order number and we will provide you the return address and instructions.
Superbrand will NOT accept any returns for shipments outside the continental United States.
If your product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged we will happily issue you a full refund. Please just let us know within 30 days of your order.
At SuperBrand Tools we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.
Due to current Coronavirus restrictions and overwhelming demand for our products in the last 2 months, we CANNOT offer refunds for The SuperSocket or SuperGauge products shipped from our Asia warehouse for the following reasons:
- No longer need
- No longer want
- Late delivery
We can ONLY offer refunds on items that arrive damaged or defective.
We are doing our absolute best to ensure fast delivery of tool sets in time for the Holidays and are up to date on shipments. Our Average Packaging and Fulfillment time for Standard Shipping orders from our Asia warehouse is: 2 - 3 business days and our Average Delivery time for Standard Shipping orders from our Asia warehouse is: 10 - 14 business days.
Please Note: If you need your order shipped fast from the US, you MUST select Priority Express Shipping option at checkout. Otherwise, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping option and is subject to the slightly slower delivery time mentioned above.
If the merchandise purchased was defective in any way, the customer will have 60 days to notify us of the defective merchandise. If we are notified within 60 days, a replacement product will be shipped out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that we will replace only defective items included in the kit.
If an item is damaged by USPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.
If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge, as well as the return shipping cost, will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
