We know shopping online isn't always the easiest! So we developed the Superbrand Promise, a hassle-free way to order online! We will PROUDLY protect our customers and ensure you enjoy our high quality tools and handsets. 

If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement free of charge!

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As a proud American owned company, you are always protected by the Superbrand Promise. That means, if your item arrives damaged or defective we will ship you a new one, free of charge! 

  • Returns ARE accepted on our un-used, tools! Your item must be in original packaging and not used. To initiate a return, simply contact us via email with your name, order number and we will provide you the return address and instructions. 
  • SuperBrandTools will NOT accept any returns for shipments made to customers outside the continental United States. 

  • A $4.95 restocking fee is applied to returns. 

 

Important Returns Information: Product returns MUST be sent to our returns warehouse.

We do NOT list our return warehouse address online, any address you see online is not our returns address. To return a product, you must email us at support@superbrandtools.com. Our support team will provide instructions and our returns warehouse mailing address.

 

How do I start a product return?

Step 1: To start a return, email us at support@superbrandtools.com

Step 2: Our support team will send instructions and where to send the return item. 

Step 3: Send the return item(s) to our Returns Warehouse. 

Step 4: Once the return item as been received, please allow for 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

In short, all you need to do to start your return is email us at support@superbrandtools.com. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.

Sending an item back without contacting our support team will result in the product being Returned To Sender and no refund will be issued. 

 

Order Cancellations

You have 8 hours from the time order your order to cancel and receive a full refund. After this period of time has elapsed, your order will already be in processing or shipment, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Battery powered items may be returned once being received, subject to condition review, and the return policy listed above. 

 

Refunds

If your product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged we will happily issue you a full refund. Please just let us know within 30 days of your order.

At SuperBrand Tools we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

We CANNOT offer refunds on products already shipped. If your product has already been shipped, you must return it to be eligible for a refund. We can ONLY offer refunds on items that arrive damaged, defective, or are returned in good condition.

  

Current Delivery Estimates:

We are doing our absolute best to ensure fast delivery of tool sets in time for the Holidays and are up to date on shipments.

Our Average Packaging and Fulfillment time is: 1 - 2 business days.

Average Delivery time for Standard Shipping orders from our Asia warehouse is: 10 - 12 business days. 

Average Delivery Time For Priority Express orders is 3 - 5 business days.

Please Note: If you need your order shipped fast from our US warehouse, you MUST select Priority Express Shipping option at checkout. Otherwise, your order will be shipped via our standard shipping option and is subject to the slightly slower delivery time mentioned above.

 

If the merchandise purchased was defective in any way, the customer will have 30 days to notify us of the defective merchandise. If we are notified within 30 days (with proof of defect) a replacement product will be shipped out at no additional cost to the customer. Please note that we will replace only defective items included in the kit.

If an item is damaged by USPS during the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact USPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100.

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge, as well as the return shipping cost, will not be refunded. 

 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
