Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We can NOT accept returns for batteries or power tools. However, you are always protected by the Superbrand Promise. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will ship you a new one, free of charge! 

• Returns ARE accepted on all un-used, non-powered, items shipped from the US! Simply contact us via email with your name, order number and we will provide you the return address and instructions. 

• Superbrand Tools will NOT accept any returns for shipments outside the continental United States.  

• The customer is responsible for return postage and a $4.95 restocking fee is applied. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@superbrandtools.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on powered tools, batteries, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

If your product is lost in the mail, defective or damaged we will happily issue you a full refund. Please just let us know within 30 days of your order.

At SuperBrand Tools we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

We CANNOT offer refunds on products already shipped. If your product has already been shipped, you must return it to be eligible for a refund. We can ONLY offer refunds on items that arrive damaged, defective, or are returned in good condition.
